Navigation Bar
Use the navigation bar on the left side of the screen to navigate to different sections of the Research Engine.

There are three groups of icons on the left side of your Research Engine screen:
- The top section of icons represents Research Engine functionality.
- The navigation section labeled LEGACY PAGES links to functions currently available in the Legacy platform and have not yet been incorporated into the Research Engine. Clicking on any of the icons under LEGACY PAGES will open a new tab and take you to the relevant page in the Community platform.
The Surveys menu slides out to show further options, such as links to Polls, FCX, and third-party survey applications that are integrated with your Fuel Cycle system.
- The last three icons on the page navigate you to external locations:
- Launch your Community view in a new browser tab.
- View the Research Engine Release Notes from the Help Center knowledge base in a new browser tab.
- Launch the legacy Community platform in a new browser tab.
Profile Menu
The Profile Menu in the top right corner of your screen contains useful links to manage personal information, organization-level settings and access, research credits, and access to our FC Labs apps.
