Studies
When you log in, the Studies page displays options to start a new study at the top, with existing study cards listed below.
Each study created in Fuel Cycle is displayed as a study card on the dashboard. Study cards provide a quick snapshot of key study details, helping users scan and manage their research efficiently.
The card includes the following elements:
- Title—The name of the study.

Publish Status—The state the study is in:
- Draft
- In Progress
- Published
- Completed
- Study Type—Shows if the study is Moderated or Unmoderated.
- Mic Enabled / Video Enabled / Screen Sharing—Icons show which recording options are enabled for the study.
- Audience Source—Shows whether the audience is from your own source of candidates or another source.
- Desktop/Mobile Icon—Represents the platform targeted for participation.
- Creator—Initials of the user who created the study.
- Updated Date—Time since the study was last updated.

Study Actions—Menu
for accessing actions like edit, duplicate, invite participants, or delete.
Diary Studies (coming soon)
Participants record their thoughts, experiences, and activities over time, often in a log or journal, to gain insights into user behaviors and experiences in context.

Usage
Workspace Owners can now track research activity and token consumption in one place. The Usage tab, located under Workspace Settings, displays real-time metrics and a detailed session log to help manage study volume and recruitment resources. These insights help you monitor usage in real-time, understand what’s driving consumption, and avoid overages.
This tab is only visible to users with the Owner role.
To access, go to Settings > Usage. The Usage tab includes:

Token Usage
- Workspace Plan—Shows if you're on a Free or Paid plan.
- Total Token—How many tokens are usable in your workspace.
- Tokens Consumed—Number of tokens used across all studies.
- Remaining Tokens—Tokens still available.

Session Usage—Sessions are the number of participants in a study.
- Total Session—All sessions available in your plan.
- Session Consumed—Number of sessions used.
- Remaining Session—Sessions you have left.

Usage History Table
- Lists each session by time, ID, and study name.
- Includes filters for Study Type, Recruitment Source, and Transaction Type.
- View session duration, token usage, and recruitment details.
- Use the search bar to find sessions by study name or session ID.
