Generate custom dashboard charts to visualize community member data, such as member segments or P2 information at a glance.
Use this to create dashboards for the following needs:
Community Needs | Description | Example |
---|---|---|
Community Engagement | Looking at different groups based on behavioral data —such as user inactivity, login count, or activation status — to investigate potential trends and inform engagement strategies. | "Inactive members are mostly Male, Age 18-24 – let’s run an engagement activity tailored to this audience." |
Sub-Communities | View the make-up of each audience and inform community strategies. | "Sub-Community A needs more members ages 18-24, but Sub-Community B doesn’t; let’s both recruit and explore what we’ve done in B and adopt in A." |
Segments | View each of your consumer segments to help inform recruitment strategy or understand further behavioral data. | "Segment A is more active in our online community than we would expect compared to Segment B, let’s dig further into this." |
Recruitment | View the breakdown of your incoming members. | "Let's share this dashboard with panel providers to track progress on quotas." |
Projects | Create a dashboard for a current project you’re running. | "Let's share the diary study sample breakdown with our shareholders." |
Stakeholder/Departments | Sharing audience information. | "Marketing team has a dashboard of all behavioral fields & UX team has a dashboard of all devices used/products owned." |
At first, you will have one Project dashboard and one Member Composition dashboard. When you set a Home dashboard, that will be the first page that loads when you log in to the Research Engine. Otherwise, if no Home dashboard is set, you will see the Dashboard List.
You can create new Member Composition dashboards containing User Account Information, P2 Points, and dynamic or subset Group participation rates.
