FC UX provides a simple method to create and download clips from video responses. This feature allows users to easily extract and share specific moments from longer videos without relying on external tools.
Create a Clip
- When replaying a video from your session, highlight the transcript text corresponding to the moment you want to clip.
- Click the "Clip" button to create a clip from your highlighted section.
- After clipping, the segment appears in your Clip list at the top right.
Note: The video player links transcript text with timestamps, so your highlight determines the start and end points of the clip.
Download a Clip
- Click on the clip you want to download. Newer clips may take a few minutes to process.
- Click the Download button next to the clip.
- The file will download directly to your default folder.
Troubleshooting Tips
- Clips may take a few minutes to render. If your clip doesn't appear immediately, wait a moment or refresh the page.
- Clipping multiple segments? Open each one in a new browser tab to monitor their readiness in parallel.
- Once processed, each clip will show a download button for its respective video.
