The Activity Response Overview gives you real-time insight into survey performance in the field. It includes a summary of key metrics, a daily response timeline, and tools to help you manage live survey data more effectively.
For any Survey activity, whether published or closed, this overview appears directly above the Reports List.
Hero Stats
Six high-level metrics summarize your survey’s performance:
- Total Responses—All responses, regardless of status
- Completed Responses—Fully completed surveys
- Total Disqualified Responses—Responses that were terminated or screened out
- Total Partial Responses—Incomplete or abandoned responses
- Completion Rate—The percentage of responses that met completion and quality thresholds
- Median Duration—The median time it took respondents to complete the survey
These stats help you track progress, monitor data quality, and identify issues early.
Response Timeline
The Response Timeline chart displays a daily breakdown of:
- Complete responses (green)
- Partial responses (blue)
- Terminated responses (purple)
Use this chart to identify trends and response patterns across the survey’s active period.
Date Range Selection
You can filter the timeline to view a custom date range. Selection is limited to a 15-day window:
- Dates before the activity start date are disabled and display the message:
“Date unavailable. Before activity start date.” - Once a start date is selected, the calendar disables any date more than 15 days after that start date
This ensures the data shown is always valid and within the survey’s operational window.
Actions Available
- View Individual Responses: Opens the Response Listing page. This page displays all individual responses for the survey (useful for external surveys), allowing you to review each one in detail.
- Edit Activity: Opens the Activity Setup flow where you can update the activity name, settings, or other details. After saving, you’ll return to this overview page.
