Member Invitation Flow

- Screener Survey—Optional: evaluate member eligibility. Those who don’t meet the criteria will be thanked for their interest and removed from the system to keep our records accurate.
- Account Creation—Members create an account by entering:
- Email address
- Username
- Password
- (Optional) Date of birth
- (Optional) mobile number
- The member must agree to the terms and conditions.
- Verification—A verification email is automatically sent.
- Single Opt-In: Members have limited (read-only) access until activation.
- Double Opt-In: Members must activate their account to gain full access.
- Profile Survey—Optional survey to collect demographic or behavioral data.
- Community Access—Once verified, members can log in and participate.
Member Migration Flow
Use this flow to transition members from a previous community platform.
- Upload Member Data—Provide Fuel Cycle with:
- Unique IDs
- Email addresses
- Existing profile data
- Password Email Sent—Members receive an email prompting them to set a password.
- Community Registration—Members create a password and log in.
- Profile Survey & Screener—Optional: Members complete a profile survey and any required screeners.
- Community Access—Qualified members gain full access immediately upon login.
