Getting Started
Before you use the Presentation Designer, please make sure you have chosen a PowerPoint template as your main option and specified the Transition and Data slides from that selected template.
- Upload your PowerPoint—Use a past deliverable, template, or mock file. Keep master slides clean with clear placeholders.
- Name your presentation—Use a unique, descriptive title.
- Upload survey data—CSV or Excel. Ensure clear question text, consistent naming, no empty columns, and add demographics as standard variables.
- Generate and refine objectives—Extract questions, set objectives, and map them. Questions can be assigned to multiple objectives.
- Run Data Analyzer—AI produces insights per question. Chart types are auto-selected.
- Generate PowerPoint—Review and refine the outline, then download your final presentation.
