You can now use FC Surveys to create and conduct screener surveys for recruitment. This eliminates the need for third-party survey tools, keeps recruitment response data within the organization, and simplifies programming by removing the need for advanced redirect setup.
Benefits of Using FC Surveys for Screeners
- No external tools—All recruitment data stays within Fuel Cycle.
- Simplified setup—The platform automatically records the question where a respondent terminates.
- Enhanced security—New link security protocols protect your recruitment data.
Build the Screener Survey
- In the Fuel Cycle Platform, go to FC Surveys.
- Click Create New Survey.
- Add your screener questions.
- Add termination logic as needed.
- Qualification logic is not needed. Respondents who are not exited from the survey early and finish it are marked as qualified.
- Configure survey settings.
- Save the survey.

Attach the Screener to a Recruitment URL
- Go to Recruitment URLs in the Fuel Cycle Platform.
- Click Create Recruitment URL.
- Under Attach Screener, select your FC Survey screener.
- Complete the remaining recruitment URL fields.
- Save.

Launch and Monitor
- Share the recruitment link as usual.
- Monitor responses in FC Surveys or through the recruitment reporting dashboard.
- Disqualification points are automatically logged.
Tip: All other recruitment functionality remains unchanged when using an FC Survey as your screener.
