Email Campaign Export – Research Engine

Generate your campaign results as a downloadable Excel file. Only terminated and completed email campaigns have exportable files.

Click the Communications icon from the left navigation bar to visit the Email Campaigns page.
Locate any sent email campaign and click the Actions dropdown in the far right column.
Click the Export menu item. You will see the Campaign Export configuration menu as it exists in the Legacy platform.

Campaign Export Configuration

Export Name (required)—Provide a name for your export that is unique and related to your campaign.
Banners—By default, the Members tab of the export includes User ID, User Role, Username, Email, Status, and Activation status. Click Include User Account Fields to add additional account, profile, or survey columns to the member tab.
Group Membership—Enter the group name. You can include up to 10 groups.
P2 Engine—Enter Profiling Point Question

- Export message text
Polls—Enter Poll Question Name
Survey Questions
- Enter Survey Name
- Enter Survey Question Name
  - Export regular values
  - Export coded values
  - Export all values
- Include all deleted items

The export includes four tabs:

Summary tab—Summarizes all activity. Note: corporate email servers increasingly are scanning links in emails to ensure that those links are not malicious. This may cause reporting to identify that every link is clicked for every email sent. Because of this, email clicks are not a very reliable metric.
