Fuel Cycle's Help Center has powerful search functionality to help you find what you want.
The Help Center is organized into categories based on major functional tabs within Fuel Cycle. Categories correspond to the major functionality groups within the application.
Each category contains sections and subsections based on details within that category. These sections correspond to details found within those major functionality groups.
Each section or subsection contains specific articles that contain detailed descriptions of how and why to use Fuel Cycle functionality.
Search
Start with the search bar at the top of the Help Center. Our search is powered by Zendesk’s generative AI, which means you’ll often see a Quick Answer at the top—a short, AI-generated summary based on the most relevant article.
You don’t need perfect keywords. Just type your question in plain language, like “How do I send an email?” or “What does the AI summary include?” The system reads through all help articles and serves up the best match.
Below the Quick Answer, you’ll still see full article results ranked by relevance. If you need more detail, click into any result to explore.
If your query doesn’t return a useful answer, try rephrasing it or using different terms. We use anonymous search data to improve future results, fill content gaps, and tune how AI matches your intent.
