If you modify a survey linked to a project, you must unpublish the project (if published), and then reimport the survey by re-adding the survey as a new survey to the existing project.
To make changes to a draft survey...
- Click on your Project List.
- Click on the Project Name to edit the details.
- Click the Survey Details breadcrumb on the right side.
- Under Survey Setup at the top of the page, click New Survey. Follow the instructions as you did when you first imported the new survey.
- Test to ensure the expected changes went through.
If you make changes to a survey, where the project is published and scheduled to deploy, you will need to unpublish the project first in the Research Engine, then reimport the survey, adding it again as a new survey to your existing project.
- Click on your Project List.
- Change the project status to Draft by choosing to Unpublish the project.
- Click the Actions menu to the right of the project you want to edit.
- Click Unpublish Project.
- Confirm you wish to unpublish this project.
- Click the Survey Details breadcrumb on the right side.
- Under Survey Setup at the top of the page, click New Survey. Follow the instructions as you did when you first imported the new survey.
- Test to ensure the expected changes went through.
