Fuel Cycle's Quantitative Reporting allows users to efficiently visualize and generate reports for surveys conducted within a Fuel Cycle community. This tool integrates with popular survey platforms such as Qualtrics, Alchemer, and Ignition.
This reporting feature allows users to gain valuable insights and analyze the data collected from these surveys. Whether analyzing customer feedback, conducting market research, or evaluating user satisfaction, Fuel Cycle Quantitative Reporting provides a comprehensive solution for visualizing and reporting survey data.
Any published, closed, imported, or Ignition survey that contains at least one survey response is eligible to have a quantitative report for your review.

- On the Project List, click on the name of any published, closed, or imported project, or an Ignition survey with at least one response.
- You will see the Insights screen by default. To see the report, click anywhere on the Quantitative Report row.

Question Display

Chart Tab
Each report contains every survey question, with the full text and the Question Type as the Chart Title.
Chart types depend on the question types. Each question displays a chart of your data and a data table beneath it.
Charts with legends are associated with multi-select question types.
The complete list of questions is displayed to the right of your charts in the Questions window. Click on a question to quickly navigate to the corresponding chart. Use the search feature to find a particular question in the list.
Table Tab
The table showcases every data point for your survey in one organized display.
Navigation tools in the bottom right corner of the table help you to...
- Determine which page of data points you are currently viewing.
- Define the number of visible rows per page.
- Navigate to the next or previous pages.
- Navigate to the first or last pages.
Within every column header, arrows define the sort order of your data.
- A column with two arrows ↑↓ indicates this column does not determine sort order.
- When arrows point UP ↑ the column is sorted descending (values go from largest to smallest or reverse alphabetically Z→A).
- When arrows point DOWN ↓ the column is sorted ascending (values go from smallest to largest or alphabetically A→Z).

Share Report
Give your stakeholders a secure view of your data during fielding, or share quick hits from a community health survey. The page will reflect the report you created and configured in the chart view. Any text edits, sorting, or visibility options set will persist in this new shared view.
Click the Share button in the top right corner of the report.
The Distribution Link tab contains a password-protected, read-only link to your report and a password to share. It's a best practice to share each URL in its self-contained message with your stakeholders.
Email and SMS messages are not secure forms of communication, and sharing these links and passwords in that fashion is at your own risk.
The Export tab of a quantitative report contains buttons to download Excel versions of the data table and frequency tables.
